My coaching is practical, direct and grounded in real business experience — not theory.

Most of my coaching is delivered online, which allows us to work flexibly and consistently, wherever you’re based. When it’s useful, I’m equally happy to meet face-to-face, and with longer-term clients I typically build in an in-person session at least every six months. This gives us space to step back, review progress properly and reset priorities for the next phase.
